The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly, especially the concierge.

It's a bit run down in areas. The first 2 rooms we had were problematic, the first was right by the elevator and very noisy and the 2nd had a broken window that wouldn't lock. They made things better by upgrading us to a mini suite for our troubles.

Clean rooms, good customer service, air conditioning. It's a terrific
location as it's directly across from the central transit station.

They should offer a breakfast buffet and it would make it a great
great deal

The location was close to Amsterdam Centraal Train station which was a bonus for us because that was our mode of transportation. There were also trams running, and a great deal of pedestrian traffic because of the abundance of eating establishments and shops. We were also impressed by the large variety at breakfast which was included in our room rate; the staff were accomodating and very efficient

We just have one comment about our room in particular, that being the carpets were in dire need or shampooing or replacing.

the staff was not hospitable, dont know what their roles and responsibilitys .The room was dertiy and the cleaning lady doesnt belive that a room should be vacumed every day.The food was very bad
