it was close to the convention.

High price for that hotel.

The location was ok for the price, NYC being very expenssive. The staff was nice and helpfull.

The lack of cleanliness. Our room wasn't clean (not vaccumed and the bathroom wasn't done at all but the bed was done). So we had to change room, it was past midnight, and due to availibility we went from a non smoking king to a smoking queen (my wife being pregnant, we weren't pleased with the smoking room), and even that new room was not very clean (faeces on the flush handle).

The friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms.

When I had arrived in my hotel, my reseravation was canceled becasue my credit card did not go throught. The information was left on my answering machine, but it was after I left my office, so when I came to the hotel I was told that my reservation was canceled. The process should be improved to avoid accidents like this.

friendly staff, very comfortable beds, practical but not distasteful. Rooms are small like others reviewers said, but travelling with two medium-sized backpacks found the size comfortable.

may want to extend breakfast service later than 10 am.

I loved my stay at the Comfort Inn Convention Centre everything went very well we check in early and the service was great. well please

The elevator service was horable every slow that's the only thing i didn't like .
